Flooding can cripple your business operations long after the water is gone. Only then can you cleanup, dry out and assess the damage; filing cabinets full of important documents, electronic devices and computers. Every day you are out of business, you are losing money.
Once you’re back to business, you still need to file your water damage claim with your insurance provider; document your losses, record and report all repairs for the maximum reimbursement for damages to your property. An adjuster will come out to assess the damage. Fully document the severity of the damages caused by the flood with pictures, estimates and receipts before restoration and clean up.
Water may be essential to life, but as a destructive force, water can diminish the value of your commercial building. Commercial buildings, as well as manufacturing facilities, can suffer water damage that results in increased maintenance costs, a decrease in the value of the facility, lowered productivity and potential liability associated with a decline in indoor air quality.
This doesn’t have to happen. You can avoid all of this with the WaterCop System.
SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF!A WaterCop automatic water shut-off system will provide your facility with round-the-clock indoor flood protection and works with wired and wireless flood sensors, wall switches, and most security and automation systems.
Now more than ever you need this flood protection. Maintain a smarter building...install a WaterCop today!
The WaterCop automatic shutoff valve installs on the main water line near the existing manual shut-off valve. WaterCop flood sensors install near water using appliances and in rooms where running water is present. If leaking water contacts any of the sensors a wireless signal is immediately broadcast to the WaterCop main valve causing the valve to close. Water flow is quickly cutoff to all areas of the home and any continuous flooding is stopped.
