This product is the one I am most excited about. It is one of the fastest growing and ever changing products on the market today. The LED light has come a long way from the little lights on the front of your stereo receiver. The lights on the market today are 12 watts as compared to a traditional light that is usually 65 watts or more. This means far less energy is used (65 watts - 12 watts = 53 watts in savings) and there is also the temperature factor. I compared an LED recessed light to a traditional one being 65 watts. The sheetrock had a temperature of 78 degrees. The traditional light had a temperature of 199 degrees while the LED's temperature was only 80 degrees. That means there is an extra 119 degrees for each of the 65 watt bulbs being added to the room! Now your air conditioner doesn't have to work as hard to keep that extra 119 degrees at bay and the bulbs last 15 to 20 years.
